- 1 box soft tofu, cubed
- 1 packet Vegecolor
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 5 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked, drained and sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp fried shallots (optional)
- 2 tsp Essential Blend
- 2 handfuls of herb lettuce mix
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Heat Essential Blend oil in sauce pan. Add garlic and sauté on low until slightly golden in color. Add mushroom slices, Vegecolor, oyster sauce and stir until mushrooms are tender. Add sugar, sesame oil and pepper, stir briefly and turn off heat. Mix tofu into sauce and serve topped with green onions and fried shallots.
