「多蔬彩」蔬菜蘸醬

  • 1/2個紅色或橙色的燈籠椒
  • 1個中等大小的胡蘿蔔,順長切成兩半
  • 2 根青蔥
  • 1 盒8盎司的淡酸奶油
  • 1/2 包8盎司包裝的低脂奶油奶酪法國軟乾酪
  • 1 – 2包「多蔬彩」,隨口味增減
  • 1/4 茶匙鹽
  • 1/4茶匙黑胡椒
  • 8 杯新鮮蔬菜條或者64塊全穀物餅乾

將烤箱預熱至華氏400度。將燈籠椒、胡蘿蔔和青蔥擺放在烤盤中,將所有蔬菜烤製10分鐘後取出青蔥,接著將剩下的蔬菜繼續烤5分鐘,然後取出放涼。可按個人口味將燈籠椒的皮剝掉。將烤好的蔬菜和「多蔬彩」一起放在食品料理機中打碎,直至將所有蔬菜打碎為止。拌入酸奶油、奶油奶酪、鹽和胡椒一起攪拌,直至混合好。將做好的蘸醬裝好冷卻。可在3天內以此蘸醬配蔬菜或餅乾同食。
