Vegecolor Baked Chicken

Vegecolor Baked Chicken Recipe

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs 
  • ¼ cup soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 
  • 2 packets Vegecolor 
  • 4 tbsp honey 
  • 1 tsp garlic, blended
  • 1 tbsp prickly ash, crushed
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • ¼ cup brown sugar 
  • 2 tsp Chinese Five Spice 
  • 1 tsp ginger, blended 
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 

Debone chicken, but do not trim the fat. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and place them and the chicken in a plastic bag. Marinate overnight in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Place chicken on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is browned.
