Does the Maltodextrin used in some E. EXCEL beverages come from genetically modified corn?
Maltodextrin is made from corn, potato, wheat, rice, or tapioca starch. It serves as a minor filler in our products. The maltodextrin we use is from non-GMO plants. Starches like corn starch are frequently used in home cooking to thicken foods such as sauces or soups.

Why is there color variation in the Gwei-Hua Balm?
The product contains osmanthus oil, but natural variations in the oils can result in slight differences in color. Additionally, exposure to temperatures slightly above our target during production may impact scent intensity and coloration. These variations are due to the natural properties of the oils and the precise heat required to achieve a uniform blend.
Rest assured, the balm remains completely viable, effective, and safe to use. Maintaining the highest quality of our product is, and always will be, our top priority!
Why is Gwei Hua Balm not avaialabe for shipping from June 1 - Sept 1?
Due to extreme heat during summer shipping months, and to ensure customer satisfaction and high quality standards, Gwei Hua Balm will only be available for pickup until June 1. Shipping will resume on September 1st.

California Proposition 65
What is Prop 65?
California Residents Only:
In 1986, the state of California passed an Act called, “The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act.” The Act was designed to help protect California’s drinking water from being contaminated with chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The Act contains a wide list of naturally occurring minerals and chemicals, which requires businesses to inform California residents about possible exposure at very low trace amounts. Because our wholesome products contain natural ingredients, it is possible that some of the natural substances on the list may from time to time be present in E. EXCEL products. The Act does not prohibit the sale of any products, but simply requires that products sold in California be labeled with a warning statement. Learn More
